SPRUCE PINE – Local musician Barry Stagg said one of the interesting things about growing older is you are given the opportunity to look back and reflect on where you’ve been: the people, the places and the situations that have shaped you.
Stagg did just that to compile the songs on his latest album, “One Heart at a Time,” which had its official release party Tuesday, Oct. 16, at The Dispensary and Upper Club in Spruce Pine, a private club he owns with his wife, Dr. Barbara Stagg.
